Marion Reflections Condominium is an HOA community in Ocala, Florida, offering convenient access to shopping, dining, and healthcare. Located across from a golf course and just minutes from downtown Ocala, it’s nestled in Florida’s scenic horse country near the World Equestrian Center, the largest equestrian complex in the United States.

Community Amenities

Pet Areas

When walking your pets please "scoop the poop". Please do not feed stray cats. Feeding contributes to overpopulation, property damage, disease spread, and attracts other wildlife. If you own an outdoor cat, ensure it is spayed/neutered, wears an ID tag, and is fed indoors.

Guest Parking

Each unit is allotted one covered porch space and guests can park in guest parking. Tandem spaces are assigned and may only be used by authorized vehicles. Unauthorized vehicles in tandem spaces will be towed at owners expense.

Mail Center

Centralized mail gazebo with secure individual mailboxes for resident convenience.

Security Gate

Controlled access entry system ensuring community safety and privacy for all residents 24/7. If the gates malfunction after-hours it is set to stay open automatically. Gate remotes are available to owners who will need to contact the office to request programmed remotes at $35.00 each which will be billed on owner portal.
